Balochi Chicken Sajji


  • 1 whole chicken with skin
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tbls
  • Lemon juice 2tbls
  • Red cilli powder 1tbls
  • Paprika powder 1tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Garam masala 1tsp
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • Olive oil 1tbls

How It’s Made:

In a pan take red chilli powder, paprika powder, salt, lemon juice, ginger & garlic paste, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala pounded, olive oil and a little yellow color.

This above marinade needs to be applied to the chicken 6 hours. Then BBQ it on charcoal fire or tandoor. Garnish appropriately.
