- Mutton chops ½ kg
- Raw papaya paste 1 tsp or to taste
- Black pepper ½ tsp or to taste
- Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
- Cumin 2 tsp
- Clarified butter 4 tbsp
- Salt to taste
How It’s Made:
Marinate mutton chops with ginger garlic paste, raw papaya, salt and cumin for half an hour.
Now heat the clarified butter and add chops.
Now cover the pan and cook for 20 minutes.
Now fry it on high flame and add black pepper and turn off the stove.
Garnish with ginger and chopped coriander and serve it.
