- Chicken breast 2 sliced
- Black pepper 1 tsp (crushed)
- Salt to taste
- Corn flour 2 tbsp
- Green chilies 3 – 4
- Oil 3 tbsp
- Garlic 3 cloves
- Capsicum 1 (cut into small cubes)
- Spring onion 1 (chopped)
- Onion 1 (chopped)
- Mushrooms ½ cup (chopped)
- Walnut 100 gm
- Oyster sauce 2 tbsp
- Black pepper powder ¼ tsp
- White pepper powder ¼ tsp
- Oil for frying
How It’s Made:
Marinate chicken breasts slices with a salt, crushed black pepper, corn flour and few drops of oil.
Deep fry the chicken and keep aside.
Cut green chilies into strips, deep fry the chilies and remove from the oil, keep aside.
Heat 3 tbsp oil in a wok, add in garlic cloves. Sauté till golden brown.
Add capsicum, spring onion, onion and mushrooms. Fry well.
Then add fried chicken, walnut, white pepper, black pepper powder and oyster sauce.
Mix well and fry for 1 – 2 minutes, dish it out, garnish with fried green chili strips.serve hot n enjoy.
