- Chicken 250 gm
- Puff pastry 250gm
- Egg 1
- Black pepper 1tsp
- Chili flake to taste
- Vinegar 1tsp
- Spring onion 2
- Salt to taste
How it’s Made:
Heat up oil in a pan, fry spring onion.
Add chicken, salt, black pepper, chili flake, vinegar and cook it till chicken is tender.
Grind chicken when it cools down.
Roll puff pastry and cut two round shape pastries with a cutter.
Fill chicken in one pastry and cover with the other one.
Press sides with the fork and apply egg wash over it.
Bake in a preheated oven for 20 minutes at 240c.
