- 200gms Cooking Chocolate
- 50gms Butter
- 3 Eggs
- A pinch of Salt
- 100gms Powdered Sugar
- 75gms Flour (Maida)
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 100ml Heavy Cream
- Walnuts or Crushed pistachio
How It’s Made:
Melt 200gms of cooking chocolate with 50gms butter by steaming method.
Remove the chocolate from steam, once its melted.
Let it cool a little while and then add to it 100ml cream, stir gently until mixed.
In separate bowl beat 3 eggs until foamy, for about 7-8 minutes.
Add a pinch of salt while beating the eggs.
Than add to the eggs, 100gms of powdered sugar and beat well.
In a separate bowl, mix flour and 1tsp Baking powder together.
Add the chocolate cream mixture to beaten eggs and beat well.
Slowly add flour to the egg mixture and beat for just 2-3 minutes.
Add in the end, crushed walnuts or pistachios, as required.
Mix gently with spoon.
Greece pan with butter and place in preheated oven at 170 degrees for about 35-40 minutes
Cut into small square pieces and serve your guests.
