Chocolate Cheesey Cake


  • Dark brown sugar ½ cu
  • Oreo Cookies 24pcs
  • 1/4 Cup Butter or Ghee
  • 24oz Cream Cheese
  • 2½ tbsp. plain flour
  • 1 tsp. of Vanilla
  • 1½ Cup of Sugar
  • 4 Eggs
  • 4 oz Of Semi Sweet Chocolate
  • Berries 12pcs

How It’s Made:

Prepare crumb crust by combining Oreo Cookies and butter. Press mixture into bottom and 2 inches up sides of a 9 inch spring form pan.Bake 10 min & Refrigerate.
Melt chocolate chips in top of a double boiler over hot water. Set aside.

Beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla in large bowl with mixer until smooth and creamy. Blend in eggs. Gradually pour in chocolate mixture beating on low speed until well-blended.Pour into prepared crust.
Bake in a preheated oven at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 55 – 60 minutes or until filling is firm. Turn oven off. Cool cheesecake 1 hour without opening door. Cool completely. Refrigerate cheesecake 4 hours. Garnish with berries.
