Strawberry Bavarian


  • Strawberry puree 1 cup
  • Gelatin 1 tbsp
  • Water ¼ cup
  • Whipped cream 1 ½ cup
  • Lemon juice 1 tsp
  • Strawberry essence ½ tsp
  • Sugar ½ cup
  • Strawberry slices for garnishing
  • Mint leaves for garnished

How It’s Made:

Take pan add strawberry puree, essence, lemon juice and sugar.
Dissolve gelatin in ¼ cup water and mix with strawberry mixture and cook till sugar dissolve.
Remove from heat and allow to cool for 5 minutes.
Beat cream till slightly thick. Add 1 cup beaten cream in the strawberry mixture and beat until combine.
Transfer mixture in a serving bowl and chill till firm.
Garnish with mint and strawberry slices.
