Tender Fluffy Dinner Roll


  • Bread flour 250g (2 cups)
  • Water 120ml
  • Yeas 1 tsp
  • Sugar 3 tsp
  • Salt 3/4 tsp
  • Milk powder 4 tbsp
  • Egg 143g (2 eggs)
  • Butter 42g (3tbsp)
  • Oil 1tsp

How It’s Made:

Combine water, yeast, sugar and salt with powder milk in a large bowl and stir. Add 1 large egg and bread flour in the bowl and Stir in enough remaining flour to make soft dough. Knead on lightly floured surface until smooth and elastic and add butter during kneading process.Knead again about 10 to 15 minutes. Cover; let rest 10 minutes or till double the size.

Divide dough into 12 equal pieces; shape into balls. Place in greased 8-inch round pan. Cover; let rise in warm, draft-free place until doubled in size, about 30 minutes.

Bake in preheated 375 degrees F oven for 20 minutes or until done. Remove from pan; brush with additional melted butter, if desired. Serve warm.
