Yummy Chapli Kabab


  • Minced Beef 250 g
  • Gram flour/Besan 2 tbsp
  • Whole coriander seeds (Sukha Dhaniya) 1 tbsp
  • Whole Red Chilies 6 pieces
  • Tomatoes chopped 2
  • Pomegranate seeds 1 tbsp
  • Lemon 2
  • Fresh Coriander (Hara Dhanya) 2 tbsp
  • Green Chilies 2 pieces
  • Chopped Onions 1
  • Egg 1
  • Oil for frying
  • Salt to taste

How It’s Made:

Take minced beef & add Gram four(Besan) in it.
than add, dry dhanya/ dry cumin, whole red chilies, & Salt.
Add pomegranate seeds (Anardana), Fresh Coriander (Hara Dhanya) & Green Chilies.
Then add chopped onion & tomatoes and last add an egg, mix them well.
Use hands for thorough mixing.
Leave it for one hour.
after that make round shapes of the mixture (Kabab shape).
heat oil and fry it in pre-heated oil.
Delicious Chapli Kababs are ready squeezed lemon juice and serve.
